How do I send Guangzhou purchases to your receiving warehouse?
We have a receiving warehouse in Guangzhou. List each shop or supplier contact, delivery address, commodity, package count and expected ready date. We check supplier delivery or pickup for the cargo, then provide the agreed warehouse address, intake time and shipping-mark instructions. Ask suppliers to label each batch as agreed so their delivery details can be matched to your orders and shipment information.
How does your Foshan warehouse receive orders from several suppliers?
We have a receiving warehouse in Foshan. Arrange supplier delivery using the confirmed receiving instructions. List packed dimensions, weight, ready dates and handling conditions for each batch, and identify which orders should wait or ship separately. If you also buy in Guangzhou or Shunde, agree on warehouse intake at each location, the final consolidation point and any transfers. Exports usually connect to Guangzhou or Shenzhen ports.
How can Shunde factory orders join the same shipment?
We have a receiving warehouse in Shunde. Before factory delivery, provide the factory address, ready date, package count and delivery or handling conditions. Confirm the warehouse address, intake time and shipping marks. If you also buy in Guangzhou or Foshan, include all locations in one supplier list and agree on the final consolidation point and departure. A larger combined load may suit FCL with an agreed loading location; compare LCL and storage arrangements for other volumes.
Can you store goods while I wait for other supplier orders?
Separate ready goods from outstanding orders. Agree on cargo acceptance, arrival dates, storage duration, storage charges and batch identification before delivery. Match incoming batches to the agreed delivery information, then confirm total packages, packed dimensions and gross weight. If a supplier is delayed, discuss waiting or separate departures and any additional storage, handling or transport charges.
Can you keep receiving my orders after I leave China?
Discuss arrangements before your departure. Confirm supplier contacts, order and cargo lists, remaining ready dates, warehouse instructions and how we can reach you. Our team coordinates later deliveries within the agreed scope. Once the goods and shipment information are ready, confirm charges and the shipping plan before dispatch. Storage time and onward handling are agreed for your cargo.
Is multi-supplier consolidation the same as LCL shipping?
Multi-supplier consolidation brings one buyer’s orders together into a shipment. LCL shipping uses shared container space with other shippers; consolidated orders can also use a dedicated FCL container. First decide which supplier orders should travel together, then compare FCL or LCL costs to the same delivery point.
What should receiving, storage and shipping charges include?
Check supplier delivery or each pickup, warehouse intake, storage, handling, consolidation, export documents, ocean freight and destination charges. Discuss additional packing or handling needs and confirm availability before arranging them. For DDP delivery, also check clearance, duties, taxes, delivery and unloading scope. Storage duration, minimum cargo acceptance, quote validity and estimated timing are confirmed for the shipment.
