This notice explains the information this website handles and the choices available to you.
The shipping enquiry you submit
The enquiry form collects your name, email, optional phone number, cargo and shipping requirements, and any discovery source you choose to share. We use this information to respond to and follow up on your enquiry. Submission records and notification emails may also include the time, IP address, browser information and language to operate and troubleshoot the service.
Cloudflare provides website hosting and human verification. Enquiry notifications are processed through Resend, with submission and email-processing information retained in private business records. Please do not include passwords, payment card numbers or information unrelated to the shipment.
Referral information
To understand enquiry sources, this tab temporarily stores the first public page visited, referring website domain, predefined source, medium and content labels, and entry time. Labels accept only predefined values, such as LinkedIn, social sharing and the Australia route, not arbitrary text. These clues are used for up to 30 minutes after entry and are not attached to enquiries after expiry. Closing the tab ends the session. Browsing and enquiries still work when storage is blocked, though referral information may not survive navigation.
When you submit an enquiry, these clues are sent with it and kept separate from your optional self-reported source. They are not verified proof of acquisition. This website does not read ChatGPT conversations or collect full external URLs, arbitrary URL parameters or the questions you entered in a search engine.
Optional website analytics
If Google Analytics is enabled, it loads only after you allow it, to measure public page visits, contact buttons and the enquiry process. Our configured events exclude the name, email, phone and cargo details you enter, and page URLs are sent without query parameters. Google also receives network and browser information when processing analytics requests.
Your allow or decline choice can remain in this browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 30 minutes. You can turn off future analytics here and clear existing cookies and storage through your browser. Declining analytics does not prevent enquiries or their attached referral information.
Google website analytics is not enabled here.
Questions, corrections and deletion
Closing the tab does not delete an enquiry you have submitted. It remains available for business follow-up and is retained according to operational, service-record and applicable requirements. To ask about retention or request access, correction or deletion of submitted information, contact us at the email below so we can verify and address the request.
