## 来华采购后的收货、仓储与集货

我们在广州、佛山、顺德均有收货仓，为来中国采购的买家提供收货、仓储暂存、多供应商集货及国际运输。分别提供每家供应商的地址、联系人、货物清单、包装尺寸重量和备货日期，确认对应仓址、入仓时间、唛头与仓储计费后，再让供应商交货或安排提货。货物分布在多地时，一并核对最终集货地点、转运及同批或分批出运安排。

如果离开中国时订单尚未交齐，提前核对供应商联系人、余下交货日期、收货指引、暂存条件与后续联系方式，按约定协调继续收货和出运。采购集货把同一买家的不同订单收齐；海运拼箱（LCL）使用共享集装箱空间。收齐后可按货量比较整柜（FCL）或拼箱，再确认澳洲、新西兰或安哥拉的交付方案。接货量、仓储期限、操作范围、费用与时效按具体货物确认。

## 佛山、顺德出货需要准备什么

请提供工厂或仓库的详细提货地址、货物名称和用途、包装后件数与尺寸、毛重、申报货值、目的国家与收货地址、希望出货时间。如涉及多家工厂、特殊装卸或受限制货物，也请提前说明。佛山、顺德是可服务的出货地区，不表示每票货都从当地港口直接出口。

整柜需说明工厂接车、装柜位置、设备与人员安排。拼箱如由工厂自行交仓，先确认收货仓地址、入仓时间、包装与唛头（包装上的货物识别标记）要求。多家供应商分别列清地址、货量与备货日期，统一核对集货及同批或分批出运安排。

## 工厂与境外买家如何配合

- 工厂／供货方：准备提货地址、备货日期、货物名称和用途、包装后件数、尺寸与毛重，说明装柜、提货或自行交仓条件。
- 采购方／收货方：提供目的国、城市、完整收货地址、邮编、收货联系人、希望交付日期，以及接车、预约和卸货条件。
- 货物与单据：整理货物清单、装箱资料、申报货值和已有商业发票，保持品名、数量与实际包装一致。特殊货物提前说明，具体清关资料按货物与目的地确认。

出口工厂、贸易公司和境外采购方都可以向我们提供同一票货的资料。核对书面报价时，把国内提货和出口、国际海运、目的港操作或拆箱、进口清关、关税与税费、到门和卸货逐项看清；多处提货、仓储、查验、等待或额外装卸发生时的处理与计费也要确认。没有统一适用于所有货物的固定价格或运输时效。

## 如何询价

## Receiving, storage and consolidation after buying in China

Chu Kong has receiving warehouses in Guangzhou, Foshan and Shunde for buyers purchasing from Chinese suppliers. ## Supplier, buyer and quote preparation

Factories, trading companies and overseas buyers can provide the same shipment information to align both ends:

- Supplier: origin address, cargo ready date, commodity and use, packed packages, dimensions and gross weight, and loading or warehouse delivery conditions. List each supplier separately.
- Receiver: country, city, full address, postcode, contact, desired delivery date, vehicle access, appointments and unloading needs.
- Cargo documents: cargo list, packing details, declared value and any available commercial invoice. Keep names, quantities and packaging consistent. Flag special cargo early; clearance documents are checked for the cargo and destination.

For FCL loading at a factory, confirm access, loading location, equipment and staff. For supplier-delivered LCL, agree on the receiving warehouse, intake time, packaging and shipping marks before sending the goods. A written quote should identify origin collection and export, ocean freight, port handling or deconsolidation, import clearance, duties and taxes, final delivery and unloading. Confirm how additional pickups, storage, inspections, waiting or extra handling are charged if needed. Charges and estimated timing follow the actual shipment plan.

## Details to prepare for an enquiry
