本网站的公开页面、运输资料和接口说明可直接阅读，无需注册、登录、API 密钥或 OAuth 授权。网站目前没有客户账户、公开 MCP 服务、即时运价、订舱或货物追踪接口。

`POST /api/contact` 用于发送询价资料，会保存含正文的邮件审计记录并触发邮件通知；它不返回运价，也不会创建订单或确认订舱。提交前须由用户在[中文询价页面](https://www.cksff.com/contact/)完成人机验证并确认发送。Cloudflare Turnstile 验证结果通过 JSON 正文的 `cf_turnstile_token` 字段提交；它是反滥用验证，不是账户凭据或可复用的 API 密钥。

AI 助手可以帮助用户整理货物名称、件数、尺寸重量、起运地址、目的地、预计时间及 DDP 到门需求，再把资料交给用户在网页核对并提交。请勿自动发送询价或尝试绕过人机验证。最新电话、邮箱及其他联系信息请见[联系页面](https://www.cksff.com/contact/)。

Public pages, shipping information and API documentation can be read without registration, sign-in, an API key or OAuth authorization. The website currently provides no customer accounts, public MCP service, live rate, booking or cargo-tracking API.

`POST /api/contact` saves an email audit record with the message body and triggers an enquiry notification. It does not return a price, create an order or confirm a booking. The user must complete human verification and confirm submission on the [English quote page](https://www.cksff.com/en/contact/). The Cloudflare Turnstile result is sent in the JSON body as `cf_turnstile_token`; it is an anti-abuse check, not an account credential or reusable API key.

An AI assistant may prepare the commodity, packages, dimensions and weight, origin, destination, target date and DDP delivery requirements, then hand the draft to the user to review and submit.
